Heres my question, you said 3 people are needed to do this, you also said 4 is ok, but 4 max. Now, is this all on the same team? There isnt really any easy way to get 2 vs 2 going on, so this is 3-4 people on the same team, doing this in isle of the nameless?

I think what ab- was saying has merit, although with your hint it would be a sword warrior with sever artery and barbed hilt, with necro secondary using plague touch, bouncing the bleeding back and forth with another character with a necro class ... until it's long enough, and then plague touching the third person (who has some self-heal, such as heal sig, etc) or hell just mending will stave off bleeding indefinitely ...

Player 1 uses sever artery on player 2
player 2 uses plague touch on player 1 (while holding barbed sword)
player 1 says "zomg you noob" and plague touches player 2 again

They banter it back and forth for as long as they can bother, and then player 1 or two (whoever is not on player 3's team) sends it to player 3. Although, this doesn't fit your pattern of needing *at least* 3 people (because technically wherever it stopped last could still have the same duration)

*shrug* that's as close as I can come up with, hope this can help someone out (I don't need the 25 plat, by the way ... I just love puzzles

i know a way that only involves one character, but i dont have fraps, so i would have to show you in-game how its done. Its actually quite simple really, if you know what to do.

Manic, you're also reapplying the bleeding condition. Like what has been said 5 million times before in this thread: bleeding cannot be reapplied.

The original contest was to do something that once you applied bleeding to someone/something it would stay on for 300 seconds without anyone casting anything on them besides something to heal them (which will not interfere with the duration of the bleeding). No one can attack them or use any sort of offensive spell on them.

Oh, and technically standing next to the student of bleeding is reapplying the condition everyone so often, similar to walking through the lava on the crag map.

Here is the shortest, least complicated answer:
2 W/N, both have a barbed sword, sever artery, and plague touch.
Keep a mending on both warriors so they will not take damage from bleeding.
BiP the warriors at all times so they don't run out of energy.
Warrior 1 sever's warrior 2.
Warrior 2 instantly plague touches warrior 1.
Warrior 1 instantly plague touches warrior 2.
Warrior 2 instantly plague touches warrior 1.
etc...
The barbed haft will continue to increase the duration of the bleeding being passed between the two warriors. I calculated it out and after 7 plague touches the bleeding will have a duration of approximately 191.41 seconds. (by the way, 13 plague touches will result in a 1,059.46 second bleeding)

Then you can plague touch the bleeding onto someone who doesn't have condition removal and sit to watch them bleed for 180 seconds, or however long you want them to bleed.

Go to The Underworld, let 3 Bladed Aatxe atack you, they will use Sever Artery or Deadly Riposte... remenber dont kill them... a 55monk can do this alone...

Go port sledge... clean some patrols... dont kill the Grawl Crones, pull 3 of them, with a ranger use melandrus arrows, they will give back to you with Plague Signet... call some friends to hepl you soem to heal you, some to use heal area to heal the grawl crones...

Or you can find any decent necro boss with Plague Signet, Plague Sending or Plague Touch, simple use any Bleeding skill and the boss will give back to you... call some friends to help you....

umm does that barbed thingie work with "martyr"?

If 2x "Martyrs" transfering a "self bleeding" forth and back untill it reaches high enough duration, and end up transfering it to the target enemy with plague touch.
